Flavor Update >

One of the keys to getting great flavor from healthy food is the use of herbs and seasonings. A few pinches here and there can really kick up a dish without adding any calories or fat. That is why they are key components in the Protein Bar kitchen. Chef Phil has just perfected our marinara sauce with the addition of a few herbs and spices.

Where are you from? And how did you end up here?
I’m from Pittsburgh, home of the Penguins, Steelers and Primanti Bros. sandwich.  I lived in the burgh my whole life, but there comes a point when something new is better.  I came here for a change, chance and opportunity to do something exciting.

I would say my biggest passion is working
