Stress out about family togetherness
Stress out about menu, meals, and prep
Watch a lot of TV
Shovel food sometime between 12 and 5
Fall in and out of sleep while watching more TV

Years ago it wasn’t possible to live as a healthy diabetic and have a delicious relationship with food. Many of the typical treatments involved severely restricted diets—some that bordered on starvation.
