1.) Don’t just carve pumpkins — EAT THEM! Pumpkin is full of Vitamin A and great for your immune system — start with our Pump-Quinoa Treat!

2.) Utilize nature’s kettlebells (pumpkins, large squash, gords) and get lifting!

Last week Chef Phil debuted his delicious Asian Chicken Burgers at the CS Magazine Burger Cook-Off! These better-for-you (and bun-less) burgers were a huge hit—one that you can easily recreate at home. Check out the recipe below and get cookin’!

Asian Chicken Burger

1.5 lbs Ground Chicken Breast
1 Tbsp Asian Toasted Garlic
1 Tbsp Asian Toasted Onion
2 Scallions, roughly chopped
1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
2 Tbsps Cilantro, roughly chopped
1/2 Serrano Pepper w/ Seeds, finely minced
2 tsps Tamari Sauce
2 Tbsps Cold Water
