Projected to open in fall 2013, this restaurant will serve surrounding offices, local residents, as well as Woodfield Mall shoppers. San Francisco, CA (But born in Santa Cruz, CA – Bay Area, Northern California) I ended up in CHI-town to be closer to my Midwest friends and family, expand personally and creatively, try out a new part of the country, and take an epic road trip across the USA.

I have been with the company for 22 days, and so far everyday has been exciting!
