What POWERS you?: Recovery. I think we overly emphasis the opposite...being active is great, but I think it’s really important to find the things that allow you to recovery your body and recharge your mind. I like to get regular massages, have moments of calm at home with a podcast or audio-book, relax at AIRE Ancient Baths and get regular mani/pedis. I feel the most powerful after a day of treating myself.
