Can I use my meal credit on a Shake instead of an Entrée?

Yes – credits are redeemable for any entrée or shake

Can I customize my menu choice?

Yes – you can absolutely make adjustments/changes to your choices – however, individual charges may apply to extra add-ons/ingredients.

Can I use my meal credit on delivery orders?

Yes – credits are redeemable on delivery orders placed via our website or the Protein Bar & Kitchen mobile app.  Delivery fees may apply.

Can I use my meal credit for third party apps (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash, Ritual)

No – meal credits are not eligible for use on third party platforms

Can I combine my subscription with another discount offer or promotion?

No – offers cannot be combined

Can I use my meal credit on a catering order?

No – redemptions are not available for catering menu items

Does my subscription earn loyalty points?

No – This subscription is a discounted program and as such, additional loyalty discount points are not earned on these credits. However, any additional purchases made on your orders would qualify for points


Does my meal credit expire?

Yes – Meal credits are provided at the beginning of the month and can be redeemed at any time, but they will expire each month on the last day of the month and will not rollover. New meal credits will appear in your account on the first of the month


Can I transfer my meal credit or redeem for cash?

No – credits are not transferrable or redeemable

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel any time via, email to HQ@theproteinbar.com – note that prorated subscriptions cannot be refunded, if membership is cancelled you will retain your meal credits for your last month
